Mindfulness Resources
At our first NWRNA Conference on October 24, Tim Burton of Mindfulness Northwest shared some resources on mindfulness.
Tim has been teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) since 2010, and practicing meditation since 1986. In 2011, he founded Mindfulness Northwest as a way to offer the benefits of mindfulness meditation and practices to the greater Pacific Northwest.
